Molly Walker and LeAnn Bradbury founded Salt Air Concierge in 2022.
As Realtors on the South Shore, LeAnn and Molly are not only experts on homes and how to protect your investment, but they also know the area and how to best prepare for everything Mother Nature throws at us in New England.
As house management experts, they are often called on by clients and friends to check on and monitor their homes while they are out of town. LeAnn and Molly launched Salt Air Concierge to bring their home monitoring services to the broader community.
Molly Walker
Molly is a South Shore resident and mother of three. She and her husband moved to Scituate from Boston in 2014 to become official “beach people” and now can’t imagine themselves living anywhere else. They are no strangers to preparing for a Nor’easter, handling power outages, and setting up/breaking down for the seasons. Being a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker, Molly understands the importance of your home and wants you to rest easy knowing it’s in good hands while you are away. Having worked in advertising production and project management, she can handle multiple jobs with ease. Detail-oriented, and slightly type-A, yet friendly and down to earth—she’s just the type of person you want to be in charge of your most precious asset.
When Molly’s not busy with her clients, you might find her at Peggotty Beach with her family, walking her doodle Chester, or propagating her growing collection of plants.
LeAnn Bradbury
LeAnn has lived up and down the east coast in seaside towns such as Charleston, Amelia Island, and Virginia Beach thanks to her husband Chris's 18-year career in the Coast Guard. LeAnn and her family have found their forever home in Scituate and are excited to raise the flag on the South Shore. Having first-hand experience in countless storms, hurricanes, and Nor’easters, LeAnn understands the joy and fear the sea can bring—checking systems, securing egresses, and ensuring your home is ready when you aren't there is her top priority. Also, as a Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker, LeAnn's genuine love of homes and preserving their integrity has been near and dear to her heart for as long as she can remember. The coast will always be worth it. LeAnn and Chris's two kids, Ella (11) and Colin (9) would say so too, as they love climbing on the rocks, body surfing the waves, and taking their doodle, Dixie, out to nip at the splash.
